This bench just wants some company, like the rest of us. Someone to watch the street together with, take in the day, discuss the weather. Talk about the past, think about the future. Where has this bench been? Where is it going?

Made in February 2024 from leftover salvaged Douglas Fir. The sliding dovetail construction is a simple and pleasant way to join wood together for a very long time, and the M shape in the legs a not so subtle reference to our city.
